Mads is upset when she finds out that her new friend is the wife of her attacker. Brothers Michael and Daniel are due in court. Daniel is has asbestos poisoning and is dying, a condition brought on by working for the family business. Michael ends up taking action to stop Daniel from testifying. Dylan is fed up with the Clinical Decision Unit and wants more exciting and unusual problems to solve.

A pharmacy that is run by Rachel and Mendel is being terrorised by a local heroin addict who is desperate for fixes for himself and his girlfriend. Previous Season: Kat decides to bring Corey back after listening to the rest of the crew. However, it maybe too late since he may have changed his mind. At American Electric, the tension explodes between Amy and Ruthless and Paulie is almost speechless when a new visitor walks in. Rooftop starts a prank war with Nikki Sixx and Corey joins American Electric, severing ties with High Voltage.

Corey dishs the dirt in a magazine interview while Kat travels to New York give bad news to her editor of her second book and meet with Sephora. When Kat awakes her right eye is swollen shut due to a spider bite and the doctor needs to lance it, which sickens her. Corey tattoos Amy and Paulie and Ruthless is upset with Amy about it. Kat is trying to spend more time with Michael and talks him into running a marathon with her, but he drops out. At American Electric, Paulie refuses to participate in the shop's 11th anniversary and Craig is angry with him and Amy's guest.

Kat auctions a tattoo for a charity, while Dan is interviewed on Nikki's show before the band plays at the House of Blues. While at American Electric, Amy is caught tattooing Aubry when Corey walks in. Kat starts to investigate why her crew are acting odd, but discovers she has ruined their surprise. At American Electric, Paulie is missing and Amy is covering for him and Ruthless threatens to tell Craig. Now that Corey is gone, Kat decides to remove his image from the mural. Paulie returns to American Electric without explaining where he has been and Craig is forced to fire him.

Michael and Rooftop are in charge of the next door event space, while Kat decides on whether to go on tour with Nikki or end their relationship. Tensions hit a head between Ruthless and Amy over an upcoming tattoo convention. Kat's gallery "Wonderland" opens with a party of surprises, including introducing her new boyfriend to the press. Meanwhile at AE, tensions between Amy and Ruthless explode. The High Voltage tries to adjust to all the changes occuring in Kat's life which will affect the shop's future.
