Breaking Bad Season 4 Episode 5 - Shotgun, airing August 14, 2011 10:00 PM AMC. Breaking Bad revolves around 50-year old high school chemistry teacher Walter White in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After Walter is diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, he turns to a criminal life, and starts producing and selling methamphetamine with his former student Jesse Pinkman in order to secure his family's financial future.

With a new sense of fearlessness based on his medical prognosis, and a desire to gain financial security for his family, Walter White joins forces with an old student, Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul), in a quest that follows their entry into a dangerous world of drugs and crime.

Previous Story: Walt worries that Gus might still have it in for him, so he starts planning a new alliance. Skyler tries to persuade Walt to buy into a new business opportunity in order to protect their family. Events spiral out of control at Jesse's house. Skyler asks for Saul's help regarding the carwash. Marie returns to an old past time and in the process a friend asks Hank for help. Goings-on at Jesse's place start to get out of control, Skyler reluctantly turns to Saul for help Marie settles back into an old habit and Hank hears from an old friend who has an unusual request.

The Cartel gain the upper hand, Walt and Skyler share a secret with the family. Jesse's activities draw unwanted attention. The Cartel makes a power move; Skyler and Walt reveal something embarrassing to the family and Jesse's misdeeds bring some unwanted attention.
