July 17, 2011 on BBC One (UK). The final four candidates battle it out to try and win the opportunity to set up a business with Alan Sugar and receive a £250,000 to put into the new company. Their final task is the the interview stage. At the end of the show Lord Sugar announces this year's winner.

The two remaining candidates face their final challenge before Lord Sugar names who he has decided to offer a job to. They both have to organise a stage show at Tower Bridge where all of their skills will be needed and judged. The candidates face their last challenge before one of them is chosen by Sir Alan as the winner. Former eliminated candidates return to help the finalists when they have to create and brand a new box of chocolates.

The two finalists are challenged to stage a show at London's Tower Bridge, a task which will test their skills in creativity, marketing, organisation and leadership. Both contenders must manage a team of former contestants, who return to `help out', before the winner is announced. The programme then shifts to the You're Hired studio, where Adrian Chiles gets the lowdown from the entrepreneurs, friends and family as well as Alan Sugar himself. The remaining candidates face their final challenge before Sir Alan selects the winner. They have to create and market a new male fragrance and then launch it to an audience of a hundred industry experts.

The final two candidates are put through their final challenge - to create a themed event on a boat. Both candidates are given £5000 and some advice from Sir Alan, before they start the task they choose to pick previous candidates to help them on their task. Tim chooses to run a fashion event on the boat while Sara chooses a wine tasting event.
