Teen Wolf Season 1 Episode 9 - Wolf's Bane airing 7/25/2011 10:00 PM on MTV. Based on the 1985 Michael J. Fox film, the MTV series stars Tyler Posey as a high school student who gets superpowers, including the ability to woo girls, after a wolf attack. "Teen Wolf" is the story of Scott as he tries to walk the line between what he wants and what he can't help from wanting. Will the bite end up being a gift? Or will it be a curse? And what will it all mean for his relationship with Allison - the girl he can't get enough of? Only time will tell if he should embrace his newfound powers, or if he should fear them.

An unpopular teen (Tyler Posey) reluctantly goes into the woods one night with his best friend, and while there, they encounter a strange creature in the dark. He narrowly escapes an attack, but sustains a vicious bite in his side, and the next day, he starts to notice strange changes in his body.

Now aware that he's become a werewolf, Scott must deal with hunters trying to catch him, another werewolf named Derek Hale and the pressure of normal teen life -- all while trying to figure out how to play his first lacrosse game and get a second chance at a date with Allison. While on the hunt for a dead body, Scott also tries to juggle his first lacrosse game and a second chance with Allison.

Scott is excited for his first date with Allison, until it becomes a confusing group date with Lydia and Jackson in tow. Meanwhile, a mysterious animal attack occurs, putting Stiles' dad, Sheriff Stilinski, on high alert. A new hunter in town puts Derek's life in danger, forcing him to make reluctant allies out of Scott and Stiles. While Scott tries to survive dinner with Allison and her father, Stiles attempts to keep a mortally wounded Derek alive.

There's another animal attack involving Lydia and Jackson, raising more questions about wild animals. Meanwhile, Scott and Allison skip school and Derek must deal with the werewolf hunters on his own. The gang gets trapped in the high school overnight, and they're under the threat of attack from a powerful werewolf, who's trying to get in.

Scott volunteers to go on the run to get something that will help them escape, but consequences follow him when he leaves.

Derek goes on the run from Sheriff Stilinski. Elsewhere, Scott faces his second full moon as a werewolf, with help from Stiles. The break-up between Allison and Scott impacts them both, making them feel depressed. While Jackson offers a helping hand to Allison, Scott is dealing with the upcoming full moon. Scott behaves very differently and puts his friendship with Stiles in jeopardy. Derek's return helps Scott in not making a huge decision which would have jeopardized many.

Now episode: Jackson puts Scott in danger, Allison starts to question her family's strange behavior. Jackson seeks out a specialist reagrding the wound he sustained on his back.
